FloralShops.com a division of Remindsme.com LLC, “Licensor”, P. O. Box 449, Newkirk, Oklahoma, is the author and sole owner of all copyright interests, publication rights, domestic or foreign, in a work of floral arrangement pictures entitled FloralShops, “Licensed Work” which has been submitted for registration with the Copyright Office.
Terms of License: Licensor grants to Licensee a nonexclusive license to use the Licensed Work on the following terms:
- The Licensed Work may not be altered or modified in any way, including, but not limited to placing Licensee’s logo on it.
- The Licensed Work may not be reproduced except by placing it on the website of Licensee.
